Delivery Policy

Our goal at Mary Agrotechnologies Inc. (“we”, “us” and “our”) is to ensure that the customer (“you”) receives the Mary (“Product” or “Products”) in a timely and efficient manner. We have established delivery terms to ensure that the delivery of our Products is top-notch and you know what to expect. Please review them below.

We reserve the right to modify this Delivery Policy at any time. Please check back frequently to note any changes. All changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on our website.

SECTION 1 – METHODS

You have the option to choose your desired delivery method on the check out page of our website. We offer the following methods for delivery:

UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, Canada Post and Merchant Delivery.

SECTION 2 - DESTINATIONS

We offer delivery of our Products to Canada and the USA (excludes remote locations). Delivery destinations are subject to change due to courier limitations and can be requested through customer support.

SECTION 3 – CHARGES

We aim to provide you with the lowest cost delivery options available. We offer a variety of cost options based on the chosen method of delivery and the destination to suit your specific needs. Delivery charges are calculated by third party delivery service providers and are subject to change at any time.

In cases where we do not provide free shipping, you are responsible to pay all delivery charges for the Product. Delivery charges are payable in USD or CAD and displayed on the checkout page of our website.

SECTION 4 - DELIVERY TIMES

We use reputable delivery service providers for the shipment and delivery of our Products. Delivery times for the Products vary based on your chosen method of delivery and the delivery address that you provide to us.

We make every attempt to deliver your Product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Products, once we start shipping, will ship within 2-3 days of processing your order, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm EST. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your Product, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If events occur to delay delivery of your Product caused by a delivery service provider that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control (including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us), we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person.

SECTION 5 - TRACKING

Once the Product has shipped from our warehouses, you will receive an email informing you of your Product being shipped and a tracking number. You can track the estimated Product delivery time by using the tracking option on the delivery provider’s website.

SECTION 6 - CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

You are required to provide an accurate delivery address and contact information on the check out page of our website for all Product orders. We cannot deliver Products to P.O. Boxes.

You are required to provide a signature for all Product deliveries to confirm that you have received the Product.
